Passage of semen
This is not a sexual disorder well the main cause is Indian style toilet and the secretion which occurs is not actually semen but a secretion from prostate and Uretheral glands which occurs when a man squats in Indian style toilet and strains a little, the pressure is transmitted from rectum to prostate and urethera which in turn results in a few drops of a sticky substance coming out of the Urethera.
